RENTAL CONDITIONS

The rental covers: Motor home, fully compehensive insurance, one 11 kg gas cannister (price per used kg gas NOK 40). Inclusive of 250 km per 24 hour period or 1750 km per 7 days.
Excess kilometres will be charged at NOK 2.50 per km.
A deposit of Euro 624,- will be paid at time of booking and does not form part of the rental fee. Cancellation must occur a minimum of 36 days before the commencement of the rental.

The deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation that occurs later than 36 days before the commencement of rental. Cancellation must be in writing.
If any damage to the vehicle should occur, the deposit will be returned only after necessary repairs have been carried out, or repair costs are recovered. The amount will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be returned no later than 14 days after the cessation of the rental, if the vehicle is undamaged.

In the high season, weekly rental is from Thursday/Friday at 14.00 until the following Thursday/Friday at 10.00. Outside of the high season, rental is from 14.00 on the first day of rental until 10.00 on the last day of rental. Other rental times must be agreed beforehand. There is no vehicle pickup and drop off on Sundays and holidays.

Dogs or other domestic pets are not allowed in the motor home. Smoking is forbidden. When you return the vehicle, it should be in the same condition it was in when you received it, free of damage and cleaned both internally and externally. The septic and water tanks should be empty. The vehicle should have a full tank of diesel. The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time.

The following charges will apply if any of the above-mentioned is not fulfilled when the vehicle is returned: Refuelling @ NOK 20 per litre, emptying of toilet/waste water Euro 62,-, interior cleaning of vehicle Euro 150,-, exterior washing of vehicle Euro 75,-, unpaid fines will be charged Euro 62,- in addition to the actual fines themselves. If the vehicle has not been suitably cleaned or has been damaged in any way, the charge for this will be deducted from the deposit.

Loss of holiday resulting from late return of vehicle, breakdown or damage to motor home that is caused by the previous renter, will not be compensated. The deposit and rental fee will be completely refunded.

There is a 25 year age limit for rental/driving of motor homes.

The renter is economically liable for all damage that is not covered by fully comprehensive insurance. With any damage covered by fully comprehensive insurance, the renter is liable for the 1st Euro 1247,-. The lessor is only economically liable for what is covered by the vehicle's fully comprehensive insurance. The lessor assumes that the renter has taken out their own holiday insurance.

The renter has no right to sub-let or lend the vehicle to a 3rd party.

The rental fee must be paid a minimum of 30 days before the commencement of the rental.
